SAIL-VIP event aboard the Oceandiva Futura
In 2025, everything came together: 750 years of Amsterdam and the 10th edition of SAIL, a once-in-a-lifetime jubilee. As impressive ships sailed into the city and cultures converged on the water, guests on board the Oceandiva Futura experienced this iconic event from the water, enjoying a unique view of the SAIL area.
During SAIL, an unforgettable VIP-SAIL event took place on the Oceandiva Futura. The ship sailed between large and small vessels and past the imposing tallships, offering breathtaking and unforgettable views of these magnificent ships from the water.
The evening began with an aperitif, followed by a culinary dinner featuring seafood, sushi, bao buns, curries, tapas and more. From the outer deck, guests enjoyed the most stunning views over the IJ while live entertainment created a lively and stylish atmosphere.
The highlight of the evening was the spectacular SAIL light and fireworks show around 10:30 PM from the A’DAM Tower. After the show, the evening continued indoors with a DJ, providing a festive and unforgettable finale to this special experience.
SAIL 2025 was magical and unique. Together with our partners and incredible team, we created 'A world apart' for our guests during this once-in-a-lifetime event, right in the vibrant heart of Amsterdam.
