Job description

As a Content Creator at Oceandiva, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts that align with our brand identity. You will be part of the marketing team and collaborate to provide innovative content and design solutions that are both visually appealing and functional. You have a strong interest in social media and increasing Oceandiva’s fanbase and visibility. You will achieve this by creating visuals and text that fit Oceandiva’s brand DNA. You’ll easily navigate our website and can write (SEO) articles, with or without a digital assistant.

What will you do specifically?

• Create, manage, and schedule content on social media (LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook).
• Create content for (SEO) articles, websites, newsletters, etc.
• Design visual materials for print, video, and digital media, including brochures, banners, digital ads, social media, and video.
• Collaborate with your colleagues in the marketing team to ensure consistent brand identity across all visual communications.
• Oversee the quality of printed materials and digital visuals.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in design and social media.

What makes you our ideal colleague?

• A completed higher education (HBO) degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
• Passion for social media and creating engaging digital content.
• Extensive knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva).
• Experience in text-based content creation.
• Experience with motion graphics, web design, and video is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and social skills.
• Affinity with events, experiential products, and emotions-driven experiences.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
• Residing in the Amsterdam area (our head office is located in Amsterdam).
• In possession of a driver’s license (B).
